This is an example of the role playing technique that I use. I play the customer, then the designer in my interactive training methodology.

It was funny, they set up a class room setting for me, I walked in and said- NO WAY, we are in your showroom, do the training real time.  I have your designers challenge me with their most difficult customer situations.

The designers love it, it is a lot of fun and interactive makes it stick. Call me for more information about your Design Staff.
